At NationWide, we use the latest in RMA Hardware and Software testing gear to ensure our repairs are done right. Unlike all of our other competitors here in Taiwan, we've invested greatly in our equipment in order to serve you better. Using equipment only found in R&D and RMA test labs, we test for and pin-point hardware problems and report failing components even on software repairs and installations, in order to better inform our client on the state of the overall condition the computer is in. This helps us take the guess work out of troubleshooting and helps ensure faster turnaround times on all computer hardware repairs.
Competitors use basic and archaic POST test cards, or in cases of intermittent trouble, swap components until the trouble disappears or subsides. This works fine most of the time, but more often than not, costs the customer more in the end as the repair technician may miss an underlying problem with other hardware components. In this case, the customer is stuck footing the bill each time.

All hardware repairs come with at least one year
comprehensive parts and labor warranty. In some cases, hardware only
warranties are extended for an additional 2 years.
Software repairs include 6 month warranty and virus removal support. In
the event that warrantied software is degraded beyond repair and
operating system re-installation is unavoidable, customer is only
charged $1000 for complete operating system re-installation.
